Medical Transportation Program

Couchiching First Nation provides patient transportation for local medical appointments between the hours of 5:30am-5:30pm. Please call the band office for scheduling.
 
*24 HRS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR PICK-UP
 
Out of town Medical Assistance
 
For out of town medical appointments CFN administers Health Canada’s Non-insured Health benefits program.
 
*2 weeks’ notice is required for transportation assistance
*PATIENTS MUST RETURN BLUE SLIPS TO BAND OFFICE

Family Well-Being Worker

The Family Well-Being Worker is responsible for supporting and implementing the Family Well-Being Program. 

4 C’s Daycare Cook

Couchiching First Nation requires an energetic, motivated and career-minded new Cook for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. 

CCFCP MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

The Manager/Supervisor is a full time, permanent position with the Couchiching Child & Family Care Program responsible for acting as a primary liaison between Couchiching First Nation and Weechi-It-TeWin Family Services.

4 C’s Program Staff

The Program Staff is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of the Couchiching Child Care Program in accordance with the Child and Early Years Act.
