The first tool we want to introduce is our On-Line Tracing. Using this tool, it is now possible for customers to securely check on the status of their shipments online, 24 hours per day. The features of this system include such capabilities as downloading information to Excel spreadsheets and retrieving a copy of the signed Proof of Delivery. These reports can be sorted by a number of different criteria by clicking on headers at the top of the page.
Another time-saving tool available to customers is our “Detailed Shipment Report”. By using this tool, Transportation Managers and Analysts will be able to download reports to Excel, thereby allowing detailed analysis of freight data such as:
• origin/destination volumes
• shipping lanes
• on-time delivery performance
• freight patterns
• freight costs.
In addition to the obvious benefits of being able to perform this analysis, these reports can be compiled and ownloaded in a matter of minutes. Trailer/Tractor Mechanic
Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, this position is responsible for all types of routine maintenance on our Tractor fleet.
Forman Dock
The Foreman will carry out all the supervisory activities of the cross dock operation through a team of dockworkers and lead hands; additionally, the Foreman will partner with the terminal support team and drivers to ensure operational excellence.
Local Deck Driver
Our Flat Deck Driver is responsible for completing all types of flat deck freight deliveries and pickups.
