Mitta to support EHP Enviroment’s international growth
Mitta group has strengthened its environmental service portfolio by acquiring all shares from EHP Environment Ltd.’s with a contract signed on 28th of October 2019.
With this acquisition Mitta group grows its business to real-time online environmental monitoring. EHP Environment’s owners Risto Hiljanen, Jaakko Seppälä, Lasse Kaiponen, Kimmo Roininen and Antti Kotkaniemi become Mitta’s shareholders through the acquisition.
