Motor Seals
Borets motor seals incorporate state-of-the-art technology, materials and operational experience for premium motor protection to extend run life for the most demanding applications.
Borets motor seals are available in either an elastomeric bag-type or a labyrinth-style chamber, and they can be configured in a variety of tandem combinations to provide the requisite motor protection for any operational need.
Featuring a patented thrust chamber designed for optimal oil circulation to cool and stabilize the bearings at high loads, the Borets seals provide the reliable motor protection as in benign, so as in harsh well conditions.

- Learns, and understands client field production goals and strategies.
- Monitor applicable wells via remote monitoring software (or client’s monitoring system).
- Identify, diagnose and communicates events to both client and internal Borets organizations
Sales Manager
- Develop plans to achieve growth by specific customers through a combination of market intelligence, analytics, and customer intimacy.
- Develop a business plan targeting specific markets and/or customers with product needs that align with Borets capabilities and implement targeted marketing efforts

HSE Specialist, Senior
- Ensure HSE compliance of all operations by overseeing Engineering Controls, Administrative and Personal Protective Equipment requirements through company safety policies, standards and procedures, as well as, communicating and enforcing Federal, State, and local governmental regulations, i.e. EPA, OSHA, , DOT, NFPA, etc.
- Implement and maintain company HSE documents adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Rental Asset Specialist
- Under direct supervision, assist with ensuring the yearly financial goals and KPI’s for the Electric Submersible Pump rental business are achieved.
- Work with fundamental financial management control metrics.
