Delaware Nation administers its own Post Secondary Assistance Program. It adheres to the existing assistance policy as well as the national guidelines as set out by Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada.

- Fall (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec) – May 15
- Winter (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr) – Oct 1
- Spring/Summer (May, June, July, Aug) – Apr 1

Council's Strategic Research and Development Analyst
The Strategic Research and Development Analyst will provide direct support and be an adive participant in assisting the Chief and Council in the performance of political advocacy and effective governance.
