Flexible Lay Flat Ducting systems are ideal for positive pressure applications. Seams and grommets are welded to be airtight, providing low airflow resistance. Fiberglass Ventilation Ducting is manufactured for use in mining and tunneling applications. Schauenburg combines a filament winding process and phenolic resin for maximum fiberglass duct strength. One of the advantages of phenolic resin is its excellent acid resistance which is a result of the acid cure process.

 		 Units are designed from 2 to 3,000 cfm for individual conditions and tailored to your requirements. Efficiency Gravimetric as high as 98%. The Demister Panels are sectionalised and integrally moulded for ease of service. Our spin filter is available in module or complete panel. No maintenance required. With noise reduction, strength, long lasting and ease of maintenance as criteria, our design offers the optimum in fan noise suppression. Our fans are efficient and durable for all fiberglass construction.
The Schauenburg Cassette System was originally designed to facilitate the installation of flexible ventilation ducting in rapidly excavated headings and consist of three basic components: the fan cone, the duct storage cassette and the draw off cone. The duct storage cassette normally holds 100 m of flexible ventilation ducting and consists of an outer casing and an inner tube. Each barricade can be folded, stored on a warehouse shelf and transported to the work location as a compact package. Simply attach to corner eyebolts or fold out in the drift, connect valve up to air bottle or compressed air via a reducer valve and inflate. Manufactured to customer specifications, we offer a complete line of industrial tarpaulins, curtains, welding curtains, weather barriers, customer designed protective coverings, as well as, repairs on most PVC based tarpaulins from other manufacturers. Customers can choose from different weights, materials, antistatic composition, UV protection, and fire retardant based on their specific application. We are a leading manufacturer of dog agility tunnels supplied to all of North America. Our tunnels are extremely durable and from PVC fabric that is UV resistant to fading, weatherproof and mildew and rot resistant as well.
