COVID-19 Response
As our customers and communities feel the impact of COVID-19, rest assured Primemax aims to deliver the same quality of service while keeping the safety of our employees and the public in mind.
With direction from public health officials and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have made some temporary changes to ensure the safety of the Primemax team and those who frequent our office. Social distancing has been implemented to ensure the continued health and wellness of our staff, as well as our customers and suppliers.
Persons who are ill or had potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus, or those who have recently travelled are asked to not enter our facility at this time.
Our drivers will be keeping their distance when visiting your property in order to mitigate the potential spread of illness.
Although these are uncertain times, please know we are here for you. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our communication accordingly.
Please note that our office remains open from 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, but customers are requested to please limit payments and inquiries to over the phone.
