Previously Mr. Cole had served as Nexans AmerCable's Vice President of Operations since 1995, overseeing the expansion of Nexans AmerCable's facilities and production capacity that supported the company's tremendous growth during that period. Under Mr. Cole's results-oriented leadership, Nexans AmerCable's operational excellence was demonstrated with the industry's shortest lead times and best on-time delivery rate.
Prior to Nexans AmerCable, he held senior level operations positions with Baldwin Piano & Organ —Contract Electronics Division and General Dynamics Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and a Master of Science in operations management from the University of Arkansas.
Mr. Cole if a native of Mississippi but has lived in Arkansas since 1974. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and Razorback football. Mr. Cole and his wife Lynn have three children.
