Breakfast Panel Discussion to Tackle Economic Growth

Join EY for breakfast and a panel discussion to learn more about “the power of three”. See how together, governments, entrepreneurs and corporations can spur economic growth in Canada.

The breakfast and panel discussion will focus on how the combined power of governments, entrepreneurs and corporations can stimulate economic growth and put Canada back on the fast track to recovery.
 
A group of highly esteemed panellists will discuss the findings of the EY G20 Entrepreneurship Barometer 2013 and explore opportunities for governments, entrepreneurs and corporations to work more closely together to stimulate growth in Canada.

Rollie J. Lutes Memorial Scholarship at the University of New Brunswick
Awarded to a student who has completed at least the requirements of the first year of the bachelor of business administration degree program. Selection will be based on scholastic attainment and financial need. The recipient must be a New Brunswick resident according to the definition of the Government of New Brunswick’s Student Financial Services guidelines.

The 21 Leaders for the 21st Century, commonly known as 21 inc. is an innovative ‘action tank’ dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial leaders between the ages of 20 and 35 across Atlantic Canada. Their vision is of an Atlantic Canada with the entrepreneurial leadership required to be prosperous, sustainable, and resilient in an interconnected and global 21st century. The organization has emerged as one of the more promising youth-driven organizations in the region, having graduated close to 150 youth leaders from their programming (21Leaders and Emerging Leaders Summit).

Alumni Advancement Officer - Strategic Engagement

Reporting to the Executive Director of the UNB Associated Alumni, the Alumni Advancement Officer plays a lead role in the development and implementation of the Marketing and Communications strategy in support of the five-year Alumni Engagement Plan, and provides marketing and communications support to the Alumni office, including initiative-specific marketing communications campaigns and collateral.

Electron Microscopist/Confocal Microscopist

This position is responsible for operation and training of users of light (confocal, wide-field epifluorescence, and various transmitted light modalities) and electron beam (both transmission and scanning) microscopes in a multi-user facility.  Users are from throughout the Faculty of Science, as well as other fields and industry, but predominantly from the biological sciences.
