SKF Acquires US based Lubrication Systems Business
SKF's acquisition of Lincoln Holdings Enterprises (Lincoln, Alemite and Reelcraft), leading suppliers of lubrication systems, tools and hose reels, was completed in late 2010.

The new business unit created is called Lincoln Lubrication Systems and is now a part of the SKF Lubrication Business Unit within SKF's Industrial Division.
