Steps to Get Started
HERE IS HOW WE MAKE IT EASY
We realize that investing in a fabric structure doesn’t happen everyday. Here’s how Calhoun Super Structure makes it easy for you.
1. CONNECT WITH US
Give us a call, email us, catch us on Live Chat, reach us on Facebook, or submit a Quote Request Form. However you choose to connect with us, simply tell us what you need. It helps if you have an idea of approximate size and mount style, and whether you require ends or not. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. WE ASSESS THE DETAILS
Once we have an idea of what you need, Calhoun Super Structure digs deeper into your specific request including custom dimensions, fabric options, window and door options, ventilation systems, and any other particulars such as insulation liners. Here we also look at your specific site’s wind speed and snow load parameters.
3. FINAL QUOTE
We put all the pieces together and send you a proposal for your project. If you wish to obtain fabric samples, we can do that too! You also decide if you wish to have the final product delivered straight from the manufacturing plant, or through your local dealer. Once you approve, our engineers get to work.
4. SITE-SPECIFIC REVIEW
Now it’s time for Calhoun Super Structure’s engineering team to work their magic. Here is where we employ or unique 3D Nonlinear FEA site-specific review to build you the strongest, most reliable fabric building for your specific location. This ensures structural integrity of your fabric building.
5. FABRICATION AND SHIPPING
Once the steel framework has been hot-dip galvanized and the fabric produced, your new fabric building is ready to go. Shipping times can vary depending on the size and scope of your project, but generally your fabric structure can be manufactured and delivered in as little as 3-4 weeks.
6. INSTALLING YOUR CALHOUN SUPER STRUCTURE
Calhoun Super Structure offers end-to-end service if you need our help installing your new fabric building. If you wish to install the fabric building yourself, that is okay too. We can guide you through the process.
7. POST-INSTALLATION SERVICE
Once your new Calhoun Super Structure fabric building is installed, your local Calhoun dealer will schedule a post-installation visit in approximately 3-6 months to ensure you are satisfied with the work and answer any follow-up questions you might have.
