COMBICLICK - Systematic work on many materials
PFERD offers fiber grinders, fleece and felt tools with a patented cooling and quick clamping system for very high stock removal rates and the finest polishing. New designs are available immediately.
With the new products and innovations 2020 , PFERD is presenting two further versions of the COMBICLICK fiber disc and backing pads for tools with a diameter of 125 mm.
- Ceramic grain version CO-ALU: For maximum stock removal when processing non-ferrous metals.
- VICTOGRAIN version : For extremely aggressive grinding on steel materials and hard materials.
A perfect result with a system
The patented cooling and quick clamping system from PFERD consists of a specially developed backing pad and a stable holder on the back of the tool. The COMBICLICK system promises very simple and comfortable handling and allows the tool to be locked in place extremely quickly and safely. Thanks to innovative cooling slots, the backing pad enables very good cooling of the tool and workpiece.
Compared to conventional tools, COMBICLICK convinces with one:
- up to 30% lower workpiece temperature,
- 25% higher cutting performance,
- 30% longer service life and
- better utilization of the abrasive.
