We at PALFINGER understand how important sustainability is and that we all have to protect our ecological environment. Therefore PALFINGER takes its first steps towards a more eco-friendly company with their “Green initiative”.
Our Mission is clear: By 2020 PALFINGER North America Group will offer Best in Class and sustainable green product portfolios and solutions in our industry.
PALFINGER’s Green Initiative includes among other things:
• Offering products with lower dead weight and higher payload and better lifting performance - more efficient operations and a reduction in fuel consumption
• Reduce use of energy
• Include “value-added” green features in all products
• Operate our facilities in the most environmentally sound and efficient manner
• Use natural resources as efficient as possible

The Customer Care/Inside Sales Representative is the primary contact for customers (Dealers) and Outside Sales Representatives regarding questions regarding our Product Line or issues such as purchase orders, pricing questions, order entry and order status and product delivery.
