Warranty For Defective Product

Our products are warrantied against any manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
 
If a defect occurs within 3 months of the date of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced by Work Authority free of charge.  
 
If a defect occurs in the 4th to 6th month we will provide a pro-rata credit on the value of the defective item.  
 
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at onlinecustomerservice@workauthority.ca and include the following:
 
Pictures of:

 

  • Internal tags showing style number and size
  • Product in its entirety
  • Bottom of soles showing tread
  • Defective area
 
Additionally, please include proof of purchase within 6 months and explanation of problem.
 
Please note: We do not provide ship back label for defective products.
