Saradhi Rajan

CEO and Director

 

He has worked in the natural resources and energy sectors in corporate finance. Former Senior Vice President at Vedanta Resources Plc., where he led a series of transformational acquisitions and global financings including the acquisition of Cairn India, Anglo Zinc and iron ore assets in Liberia. Prior to that he was Principal with a leading emerging markets hedge fund where he was involved with a number of complex acquisitions, financings and restructurings in the mining and energy sectors. He has also worked as an investment banker for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, DLJ and Lazard. He qualified as Chartered Accountant with PwC and has a BCom from Loyola College.

 

 

 

Georgi Doundarov

Project Director

 

Georgi is a Metallurgical Engineer and Project Management Professional with 28 years of extensive experience on iron ore projects in Canada, Europe and Asia.

 

Over the course of his career, the projects Georgi has worked on have covered the entirety of a mining project’s life cycle, from conducting the initial studies, through to the engineering, construction and commissioning phases, as well as the projects’ operational and closure phases.

 

Georgi’s impressive career has demonstrated in-depth technical expertise across many areas, including: process engineering; plant design; construction; commissioning and closure; operations management; plant evaluation and optimization; NI 43-101 compliant feasibility studies; metallurgical testing; R&D for base, precious, and ferrous metals and industrial minerals.

 

Georgi is a Professional Engineer of Ontario (P.Eng.) and a Qualified Person (QP) under NI 43-101, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) under PMI, and Certified Cost Professional (CCP) under AACEI.

 

 

 

Johannes Petersen

Director

 

Johannes is an experienced resource professional. He has worked in business planning and development for energy and mineral exploration projects in Asia, North America and South America. In 2005, Johannes cofounded Hainan Mining Corporation plc, a gold exploration company that explored the Sanya Gold Deposit in the PRC until its successful sale in 2010. He has since been founder and CFO of a number of exploration companies focused on coal, copper, precious metals and energy, operating in Mexico, USA, Chile, Mongolia and China. He joined Legacy Hill in 2014. Johannes holds a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru and an MBA from the London Business School.

 

 

 

 

Oscar Melo

VP Engineering

 

Oscar is an experienced operations manager in the iron and copper industries, with a focus on mine exploration, design and development, as well as production. Previously worked for Geoexploraciones SA, Minera San Esteban. He has consulted for a number of large mining companies in South America. He holds an engineering degree from Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stuart Livingston

Principal

 

Stuart was a Senior VP and Managing Director of BMO Nesbitt in Toronto. He advises the company in financing and corporate matters.
