A mid-sized American mining company contracted Komplete to provide turnkey remote accommodations for 220-persons, site offices, and various auxiliary equipment in a remote area of the Yukon/British Columbia border.

- Custom manufactured front entrance, first aid centre, and commercial-grade laundry unit.
- Construction of elevated arctic corridors provide year-round comfort and climate-controlled environment.
- Construction of custom kiln dried Douglas Fir front entrance.
- Site offices, washcars, water & sewage storage, and power generation units were commissioned on site.
- Assisted in permit application and approval process.
- Ongoing maintenance support.
- Custom engineered rig mat foundation to combat soil composition.
- Completed full commissioning of facility including; water, sewer, fuel oil, mechanical, and electrical site services.
