Safety programs currently in place include first aid and CPR training, supervisor development programs, job specific training and the 5 point safety system. An E-Learning program offers a DMC Company orientation module, 32 hour MSHA training and an 8 hour MSHA refresher training for on site and remote access. 

Cardinal Rules
• Proper fall protection must be used when working at heights or near an open hole.
• Hazardous energy control requirements must be observed.
• Specialized work permit requirements must be observed.
• Entry into a restricted area requires proper authorization.
• Operators must be trained and authorized to use equipment.
• Safety devices must never be removed, tampered with or bypassed.
• Every employee shall submit information for record keeping that is accurate and true.
