K800™ HyBrid Fleet Fuel Control System
The K800™ is ideal for small private fleets needing a low-cost fuel management solution. Each Island Terminal controls up to 4 mechanical dispensers. Petro Vend's K800 Fuel Control System can provide you with the tools you need to manage one of your biggest operating expenses-fuel. The K800 only allows authorized card, code or ChipKey holders to access fuel, tracking every fueling transaction and restricting vehicles to only the fuel they need in the quantities they need. The K800 provides you with security, accountability and control your unattended fueling operation needs.
FSC3000™
The FSC3000™ can control up to 8 FITS with a maximum of 32 hoses per site. Backlit LCD provides enhanced visibility in bright sunlight and at night, programmable prompts to guide drivers through the fueling process, metal keypad, 16 gauge steel enclosure and thermostatically controlled heater for reliable operation in the harshest environments. Downloadable software for easy system upgrades. Reader options include: magnetic - stripe card, chip Key, HID proximity card key.
C/OPTT System2™
The C/OPTT system2™ is designed for your 24-hour unattended fleet fueling operation accepting commercial fleet cards or major bank cards - large or small. C/OPT System2 features the durable C/OPT Fuel Island Terminal, Graphics display guides users through the fueling process with pictures and text, accepts dual readers including magnetic, optical, proximity and ChipKey® for maximum flexibility and reliability, FSC3000™ can control up to 8 FITs with a maximum of 32 hoses per site.
While the best meter technology depends on the system characteristics, Total Control Meters positive displacement flow meters and components selection criteria will very based on the following specifications: liquid compatibility, flow rate, viscosity, temperature, pressure, suspensions, solids and the pumping technology.
Enhance your meter system through Electronic Registration to provide increased accuracy, security and productivity. Electronic registration provides a resettable and totalizer display, reset valve control, temperature volume consumption, ticket printing and electronic communication. Other options options available are Point-of-Sale (POS),data capture, auto-batch, data management route control, GPS and much more.
Kardpoll Pro Software allows users to manage cardlock and bulk plant sites. It has the ability to connect to sites via serial ports, modems or the Internet. It can also be integrated with other third party applications like InfoNet's Fuel Commander or C Store. It can manage shared sites and co-mingled products.

The data collected with Mobile Fuel Pro can be sent via FTP to your own server for processing with your backend software or it can be integrated with Kardpoll Pro. Kardpoll would allow you to manage several trucks as well as any fueling facilities from one centralized location.
Delivery trucks would need to be equipped with Ecount or Mid:Com 8000. Drivers would have a laptop installed in the vehicle along with our private IP modem for communication. You would be able to track your vehicle online with the Trak-It GPS solution as well as retrieve delivery information remotely.
Inventory and ticket creation screens are very user friendly with drop down lists for customers & products.
The basic delivery process:
Create a new ticket or pick an existing undelivered ticket from the ticket list.
Click the start button to send delivery information to the Mid:Com unit.
Complete fueling the tank.
Click the "Finish" button to finish printing the ticket and recording the delivery data.
