3D-P is acquired by Epiroc

3D-P is pleased to announce we have been acquired by Epiroc, a global productivity partner for mining and infrastructure, as a part of their Surface division.
 
Epiroc is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and has 14,000 passionate employees supporting customers in approximately 150 countries. Epiroc develops and delivers innovative and safe equipment, including, drill rigs, rock excavation, and construction equipment and tools for surface and underground applications. The company also offers world-class service and aftermarket support as well as solutions for automation, digitalization, and electrification.
 
The company will continue to go to market as 3D-P, providing the same world-class connectivity and digitization expertise we are founded on.
