Acquisition of Majority Stake of Tesla Environmental Services Inc.

I am pleased to announce that Aevitas Inc. has acquired a majority stake of Tesla Environmental Services Inc. (Tesla), a transportation and disposal company based in Hamilton, Ontario. Tesla’s fleet of over twenty five units including vacuum trucks, vacuum tankers, powerwash units, emergency response vehicles and trailers will enhance the range of services provided by Aevitas as well as strengthen our competitiveness in the industrial services sector. Aevitas will also benefit by having a fully licensed transport maintenance facility located in Hamilton, Ontario. Tesla will further complement services offered at the Aevitas’ wastewater treatment plant in Brantford, Ontario.

 

I look forward to integrating the experience and expertise from both companies to create a fleet management force that will continue to advance the waste management sector in Canada and the United States.
