Air Liquide to Exhibit at Baking Association of Canada’s 2013 Bakery Congress

Air Liquide will exhibit innovative cryogenic freezing, packaging and food processing applications to Canada’s bakery business during Bakery Congress 2013, May 5 – May 6, in Vancouver, British Columbia. Air Liquide will set up in booth #415.
 
Air Liquide will feature the ALIGAL™ FZ, a revolutionary inline freezing system that helps streamline food processing and reduce costs while increasing productivity and processing flexibility. The freezing tunnel was designed by Air Liquide to maximize freezing capacity while saving space on the production floor. It’s easy to operate, maintain and sanitize.
