Alemite Offers New Fuel Transfer Pump

Alemite has introduced its new Model 3400 Fuel Transfer Pump for the transfer of diesel, kerosene or mineral spirits. Developed for use in agricultural, construction, fleet and other mobile applications, this versatile pump quickly transfers fluid from mobile or stationery fuel tanks to vehicles and equipment at a flow rate of 15 gallons per minute (57 l/min).

 

The self-priming, cast-iron pump has low-friction, composite polymer vanes and features a unique, multi-piece telescoping pick-up tube for a wide range of tank depths. The Model 3400 has a stainless steel, 90-degree hose adapter and comes with a 13-foot, commercial-grade, no-kink, anti-static hose. Its standard two-inch NPT bung fits most tanks and barrels, and its heavy-duty switch can be padlocked for security. In addition, the product features a UL-listed motor and no-spark, aluminum dispensing nozzle.
