Armour Valve Receives High Marks in 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey
The results of our 2013 customer satisfaction survey have been compiled and we are proud to share that:
98% of customers indicated that we met or exceeded their expectations, and
95% of customers felt that our service has improved or remained consistent.
Using feedback from our customers, employees, and suppliers, we will continue to look for ways to improve our products and services in 2014.
