Armtec Selected to Supply $70 Million of Soundwalls in Central Ontario

Concord, Ontario, July 23, 2014 - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Company") (TSX: ARF; ARF.DB) today announced that it has been selected to supply and install approximately $70 million of Soundwall barriers and fencing for a rail infrastructure project in central Ontario.

While the project is anticipated to commence in 2014, it is not expected to contribute significant revenue and earnings until 2015.  This project remains subject to negotiations and execution of definitive agreements between various parties.  The Company anticipates finalizing the necessary terms, conditions and documentation in the coming weeks.
