Becker Wholesale Mine Supply signs partnership with Conspec

Mining communication products expert BECKER WHOLESALE MINE SUPPLY has signed its newest partnership agreement with industrial gas detection, monitoring and control system manufacturer CONSPEC CONTROLS to benefit the Canadian mining industry under its first international sales and service division, BECKER WHOLESALE MINE SUPPLY CANADA LTD.

Conspec’s entire product line, including its Smart Head™ line and Senturion™ atmospheric monitoring and SCADA process control software, is now be available to the Canadian market through BWMSC Ltd.

BWMSC and Conspec, a pioneer and innovator in the process control and environmental monitoring infrastructure needed for Ventilation on Demand for over 40 years, finalized the transaction June 2 at the BWMS headquarters office in Irwin, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh. Both companies are placing an increased focus on the Canadian mining market due to growing demand in the region.

Included in the new Conspec partnership for Canada is the Senturion™ atmospheric monitoring and SCADA process control system including the Smart Head™ monitor, controller, wireless transmitters and field device controllers. All Smart Head components include PC-based software for configuration and calibration, high immunity to RFI and EMI, and a limited warranty.

Becker Wholesale Mine Supply and Becker Wholesale Mine Supply Canada Ltd. will also offer its best-in-class, 24/7 service after the sale, conducted by some of the industry’s most expert technicians in the industry.
