Halton Hills, ON (August 10, 2015) – Hayward Gordon ULC, a global pump and mixer manufacturer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bill Massa to the Hayward Gordon Board of Directors. Bill brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations. He has a strong track record of financial performance and growth accomplished by successfully building and leading strong management teams.

 

Bill has been a Senior Executive in publicly traded and private companies as well as CEO, Executive Chairman, Chairman, interim CEO or Board member of seven private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining Hayward Gordon, Bill served President and Chief Executive Officer of Synagro Technologies, Inc., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clean Earth Inc. Bill started his career as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. In addition he has been in a wide variety of operational and functional positions at several diverse Chemical companies. He was the Vice President and General Manager of the performance chemicals business of Celanese Corporation. Bill has successfully lead numerous businesses ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 Billion in sales. He holds an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University.
