Borets Has Once Again Proved the Energy Efficiency of its Pumping Systems
In July 2014 LUKOIL Oil Company completed the field trial of the Energy Efficient ESP Systems driven by Borets permanent magnet motor (PMM).
The objective of the field test was to evaluate the actual electrical power consumption of the Energy Efficient ESP Systems driven by Borets PMM and BORETS-VD series VSD compared to the conventional ESP systems driven by induction motor in the same well environment.
The pumping systems were tested in four low-production-rate wells in different oil fields. Before Energy Efficient ESP Systems installation, the conventional ESP well parameters were monitored.
There were no any significant changes of the well parameters (fluid flow rate, water cut, dynamic fluid level and etc.) after the conventional ESP systems replacement with the Energy Efficient ESP Systems, but the daily average electrical power consumption decreased by 27 - 32%.
There were no any failures during field tests. Trial operation objectives were completely met.
The operator’s specialists accepted the field tests of the Borets PMM driven Energy Efficient ESP Systems as successful and recommended them for wide use for cost optimization purposes.

- Identify, diagnose and communicates events to both client and internal Borets organizations
Sales Manager
- Develop plans to achieve growth by specific customers through a combination of market intelligence, analytics, and customer intimacy.
- Develop a business plan targeting specific markets and/or customers with product needs that align with Borets capabilities and implement targeted marketing efforts

HSE Specialist, Senior
- Ensure HSE compliance of all operations by overseeing Engineering Controls, Administrative and Personal Protective Equipment requirements through company safety policies, standards and procedures, as well as, communicating and enforcing Federal, State, and local governmental regulations, i.e. EPA, OSHA, , DOT, NFPA, etc.
- Implement and maintain company HSE documents adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Rental Asset Specialist
- Under direct supervision, assist with ensuring the yearly financial goals and KPI’s for the Electric Submersible Pump rental business are achieved.
- Work with fundamental financial management control metrics.
