Pepper's Customer Base

 

Springer's goal, initially, was to perform services in Illinois and to serve at least 200 facilities in the first year.  He first achieved and then exceeded that goal. After two years, Pepper Maintenance Systems had over 650 customers in 23 different states.  In April, 1999, Pepper partnered with their largest customer to service over 220 additional country elevator river systems. This includes all of that customer's facilities in the nation, excluding their processing plants.  Major customers include Cargill, Consolidated Grain and Barge (GCB) and Consolidated Nutrition.  In May, 1999, Pepper began adding additional infrared thermographers to provide infrared surveys in the region between the state of Indiana and the East coast.
