Book a Testing Appointment

There are two convenient ways to book at testing appointment with CannAmm – online through this website or over the phone.

• Online: If you are a program administrator, you may log on using the login and password provided to you. Once the appointment has been arranged, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. Need assistance with online booking? Call 1-800-440-0023 and one of our attendants will be happy to walk you through the process.

○ For Post Accident or Reasonable Cause tests* – Press 3 *It’s important to phone because of the time sensitive nature of these tests.

○ For all other test appointments – Press 2

Book a medical exam or related occupational health service

To book an exam or occupational health test you can either email us or phone.

Cancel, change or reschedule a testing appointment

We understand that schedules change and appointments will need to be modified. Please contact us as far in advance as possible, so we can update the booking to meet your needs.

Medical Review Officer Services

Questions regarding outstanding drug test results, interpretation of drug test results or instructions on collection protocol?

Substance Abuse Support Programs

A complete program is available to assist and support employees who test positive or who come forward with a substance abuse problem. We help individuals return to work with the least disruption possible, but without sacrificing safety for themselves or others. All assessments are completed by Professionals experienced and qualified to deal with substance abuse issues.
