KPI Industrial Controls documents, implements, and maintains a quality management system and continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.
KPI Industrial Controls:
• Determines the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout.
• Determines the sequence and interaction of these processes.
• Determines criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
• Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
• Monitors, measures where applicable and analyzes these processes.
• Implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
These processes are managed by KPI Industrial Controls in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.
KPI Industrial Controls chooses to outsource any process that affects product conformity with requirements; KPI ensures control over such processes. The type and extent of control of such outsourced processes are identified within our quality management system.
