CreeQuest Corp. & Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. Announce New Partnership
CreeQuest Corp. and Komplete Modular Solutions Ltd. have signed a joint venture that will lead to economic benefit and employment opportunities for Indigenous communities in the Province of Ontario.
Headquartered in Cochrane, Ontario, CreeQuest Corp. is wholly-owned by members of the Taykwa Tagamou Nation, Wahgoshig First Nation and Moose Cree First Nation. Through the partnership, CreeQuest Corp. and Komplete will focus on opportunities within the local area, including mining development and operations, forestry, and civil construction.
With the announcement of this new partnership, CreeQuest Corp. can now offer true, "turnkey" modular camps, site offices, and various support solutions for multiple industries. In addition to these services, CreeQuest Corp. currently provides drilling contracting, industrial laundry, and recruitment and retention services to Canada's second-largest gold-producing mine, Detour Lake, owned by Kirkland Lake Gold.
"I was introduced to Tina Sheridan, President and Founder of Creequest Corp., by Co-Founder of Komplete, Ryan Schonauer. Having known Tina for almost a decade, Ryan had nothing but amazing things to say about her," stated Carlos Echaiz-McGrath, Director of Indigenous Relations at Komplete.
Adding, "During Ryan's time at a Fortune 500 company supplying remote accommodations, Ryan and Tina had formed a strong bond while supplying turnkey remote accommodations for various projects in Northern Ontario. After getting to know her over the last few months, I can attest that she is not only a remarkable person but quite a distinguished Indigenous businesswoman."
