Eaton Appoints Staci Kroon Executive Vice President, Eaton Business System; Nanda Kumar Named President of Aerospace Group

CLEVELAND … Power management company Eaton today announced Staci L. Kroon has been named executive vice president, Eaton Business System, effective Sept. 1. She will report to Craig Arnold, Eaton president and chief operating officer. Kroon succeeds Nanda Kumar, who has been named president of Eaton’s Aerospace Group, effective Sept. 1. He will report to Uday Yadav, chief operating officer, Industrial Sector.

Kroon has been president of the Automotive business in North America since 2013. She joined Eaton in 1996 and had numerous business, manufacturing and plant management positions including the roles of general manager of the Heavy Duty Transmission business in North America, director of Business Development, business unit manager and manufacturing operations manager for Eaton’s automotive business.
 
“Nanda is well positioned to lead our Aerospace business during the next phase of its development,” said Yadav. “I am confident our Aerospace business will benefit from his recent success in the Eaton Business System role, his wealth of global experience and his strong track record of delivering results."
 
Kumar joined Eaton in 1990 and held positions of increasing responsibility in the automotive business, including vice president and general manager for the specialty controls and valve actuation businesses and president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for the Vehicle Group. Prior to joining Eaton, Kumar worked for the Robert Bosch Corporation.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Reporting to the Satellite Manager, this position is responsible to have a thorough knowledge of all standard Panelboard, Control Product and some custom product assemblies and all related materials required to complete the assembly.

Mechanical Assembler

Reporting to the Production Supervisor this position interprets the Manufacturing Information documents in order to mechanically assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts or modify basic components, sub-assemblies and structures using hand and power tools for the LVDA product lines.

Material Handler - 1st Shift

The material handler will be responsible to process inbound, outbound and internal material for Eaton’s Satellite, Customer and LVDA site orders.
