Education Centre Planned Shut Down August
NORTH BAY, ONT.) -- The Education Centre Campus of Nipissing University and Canadore College will be temporarily closed on Thursday, August 13 from approximately 3 – 9 p.m. for a mandatory water shutdown related to the construction on College Drive.
The Education Centre Campus at 100 College Drive will be closed to everyone except security, select employees and contractors involved in the scheduled work.
It is anticipated that the work will be completed on schedule. The closure will affect all buildings at the Education Centre, Harris Learning Library, Townhouse Residences, and R.J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre. The closure will not affect Nipissing University’s Monastery Hall, or the institutions’ residence complexes at the bottom of College Drive.

DEAN – FACULTY OF ARTS, DESIGN AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Reporting to the Vice-President Academic, the Dean will be accountable for providing senior academic and administrative leadership for the Arts, Design and Entrepreneurship programs and will be a member of the College’s Academic Leadership Team.
SYSTEMS ANALYST (PROGRAMMER)
- Analysis, design and specification, programming or selecting appropriate packages, documentation, conversion, staff training and post-implementation support
- Provide advanced support and training for major Canadore systems, Banner and other related systems
VP Finance and Corporate Services
The Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services is a senior administrator who participates in the overall management of the College as a member of the President’s senior management team.
