QUICK TURN AROUND!
 
We have been pushing our manufacturing team to see what they can do to turn around orders quickly.
 
In order to do that we first had to come up with some ground rules so our sales team and customer service knew what to promise our customers.

 
RULES FOR QUICK TURNS IN SEVEN WORKING DAYS

1. Unit must already be drawn. (existing part number)
2. All components must be in L&M’s stock
3. Target builds of $15,000 or less

Sales Representative - Midwest Territory

L&M Radiator, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of heat exchangers for mining, oil and gas industries is looking for an experienced outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for professionally promoting and increasing aftermarket sales of MESABIĀ® Heat Exchangers in our Midwest territory.Ā 

R&D Machinist

This position will manufacture test fixtures, production equipment, models and prototypes.

Human Resource Representative
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation, and complete related paperwork accurately and responsible for sending all paperwork to Headquarters.
  • Assist with maintaining UltiPro system, responsible for Yankton employee personnel files/records and providing password assistance and troubleshooting issues to employees.
