WE ALL KNOW BY NOW that the mining and oil and gas industries are down. Therefore our sales team has to be creative. We still need to feed our production capacity so we need to look at all areas to solve problems. That’s what led to this Encores – radiators to solve the problems faced in feedlot trucks.
PROBLEM: Feedlot trucks have a tough life; the aftermarket mixer body is typically mounted to the OEM chassis. These units see high dust levels and an even higher level of vibration.
So the solution is twofold:
1. Provide a cooling package that resists fouling from the fines that is a combination of the feedlot yard debris and the fines the feed mixer creates.
2. Provide a robust aftermarket vibration resistant cooling system. Both right in our wheel house.

L&M Radiator, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of heat exchangers for mining, oil and gas industries is looking for an experienced outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for professionally promoting and increasing aftermarket sales of MESABI® Heat Exchangers in our Midwest territory.
This position will manufacture test fixtures, production equipment, models and prototypes.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation, and complete related paperwork accurately and responsible for sending all paperwork to Headquarters.
- Assist with maintaining UltiPro system, responsible for Yankton employee personnel files/records and providing password assistance and troubleshooting issues to employees.
