On January 1, 2019, the Enerpac and Hydratight businesses along with their associated brands (Mirage Machines, Biach, Sweeney, Simplex, Larzep and Equalizer International) began the initial stages to combine into a single business unit: Enerpac.
By consolidating our businesses, Enerpac will enhance our tools and service offerings, driving safety and productivity improvements for customers worldwide. Our combined organization will leverage its expertise and scale to improve the customer experience, creating even more impactful solutions to business challenges facing customers today and in the future.
