ENN Canada and Union Gas Partnership
ENN Canada and Union Gas are working together to develop the LNG market across all commercial applications in Ontario. ENN is working to develop a network of LNG refueling facilities for the on-road truck market. Both companies are working to convert the marine, oil and gas, industrial and mining industries to use LNG as the fuel of choice. In addition, LNG can be used to service remote areas of the province where the cost of building transmission pipelines may be prohibitive. In order to support this initiative, ENN Canada plans to construct and operate a natural gas liquefaction facility in Ontario to support this business. Union gas has over 100 years of experience in the natural gas acquisition, storage, distribution and transmission business and has safely owned and operated the only existing Ontario-based LNG plant in Hagar, since 1968. ENN Group has a depth of expertise in the construction and operation of LNG manufacturing plants, with five existing LNG liquefaction plants and one LNG import terminal in Asia.
