At the 2019 Owen Sound Chamber of Commerce Awards Ceremony, Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. was recognized with two awards – Business of the Year and Service Excellence. 
 
We couldn’t have done this without the contribution of our dedicated team. In the submission, we told the story of how each Troy employee is dedicated to providing excellent service across our 28 offices in Canada. We demonstrated how we support each other in training and mentoring. The judges were impressed with our incredible growth since we started Troy in 2007.

Security Systems Technician

The Security Installation Technician will perform installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and inspection functions on Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and other related products and cabling.
Certified Service Technician

This position is accountable for inspection, repair, installation, verification, modification, and troubleshooting life safety systems for customers on behalf of the Company. 
Red Seal Journeyperson/Sprinkler Fitter

The successful candidate will install, verify, inspect, service and modify sprinkler fire protection systems, ensuring compliance to codes and standards and in accordance with customer’s contract. 
Preventive Maintenance Account Manager

As The Preventive Maintenance Account Manager, you will sell new preventive maintenance agreements on all company products and services, maintain a repetitive substantial renewal rate with existing customers, and establish relationships with purchasing influences while promoting the company’s services and products.
Technician Helper

The Technician Helper assists the fire alarm technician on sites when required, with the fire alarm, fire extinguisher and emergency lights inspections and repairs.
