Minor bug fixes
- The Excel export didn't work with planned and spotted coordinates
- Prohibited the use of the long/lat as a source system
- The satellite synchronization wasn't working if a Windows user was in the group grid of the users
- The satellite synchronization wasn't working if a zone had a "as difined here" in the past
