No Broken Promises

Apr 25, 2014
Unlike our competition, we believe in transparency and clarity. Unless you specifically request changes to your order, you get what you ask for at the price you agreed to pay.

Mistakes happen. Problems come up. Sometimes there is even a bit of miscommunication. No one’s perfect. What your supplier chooses to do about it is what counts. That’s why we’re committed to giving our customers our word and then following through.

Our motto is Keeping promises since 1901. We’re proud of it, and intend to keep it—and live by it—for as long as we’re in business.

When you’re a privately-owned, Canadian company, you care more about your customers than you do about your stock price. You can be more flexible. You can go the extra mile.

On a recent customer satisfaction survey, 83% of our customers said they were extremely likely to renew—that’s 20% higher than the industry average of 63%.

With Northern Uniform, you know you get accurate invoicing, attentive customer service, complete deliveries and prompt problem resolution. You won’t get the surprises you’ve come to accept from our competition, though.

We guarantee it.
