MacDonald Mines Announces Grant of Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario – August 21, 2020 – MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: BMK) (“MacDonald Mines”, “MacDonald” or the “Company”) announces the grant, under the Company’s stock option plan, of 4,395,560 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options entitle the holders to purchase the same number of common shares of the Company at a price of $0.13 per share for a period of five years.

PROJECT GEOLOGIST

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Geologist is responsible for planning, supervising, and reporting various exploration activities, managing field operations and training, mentoring and managing staff.

CORE TECHNICIAN

Reporting to the Project Geologist, the Core Technician will support exploration by handing, processing and sampling/cutting of diamond drill core, doing basic labour work and actively supporting field mapping and prospecting programs.

GEOLOGIST IN TRAINING (GIT)

Reporting to the Project Geologist, the GIT will be undertaking a support role for on-going surface exploration at the Company’s exploration projects.

EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

Reporting to the Project Geologist, the Exploration Geologist will be undertaking a support role for on-going exploration at the Company’s exploration projects.

FIELD TECHNICIAN

Reporting to the Project Geologist, the Field Technician will support exploration by doing basic labour work and actively supporting field mapping and prospecting programs.
