McGregor / Valard Merger

We are pleased to announce that, effective January 1st, 2015, Valard Construction and McGregor Construction 2000 Ltd will merge. The combined companies will conduct business together under the Valard name, with their main office in Edmonton, Alberta and branch offices across Canada. Both McGregor and Valard are currently Quanta Services companies. This merger represents no change in ownership.
 
This is the blending of two innovative and professional companies who have a history of successful projects and deep respect within the industry. Together we offer more than 3,000 skilled tradespeople and the largest fleet of specialized equipment in Canada.
 
McGregor and Valard hold similar values for safety of employees, for doing business and accomplishing excellent results for our clients, with an emphasis on integrity and workmanship.
