All parts are subject to final inspection using the latest in gear-testing equipment, the Klingelnberg P40 CNC Gear Checker. It is capable of measuring helical and spur gears, internal gears, splines, and worm gears up to 400mm (16 inches) in diameter.
The P40 is fully programmable, resulting in extremely short measuring times and give ODG customers an even higher level of quality assurance, with full trace ability and gear tooth chart printouts when necessary. |

- Understanding of and ability to apply documented departmental Quality Assurance procedures & instructions, as well as company-wide policies and procedures.
- Assist with the inspection of incoming materials to print, PO & other specified documents.
MACHINE OPERATOR - GEAR GRINDING
- Set up and operate CNC gear grinder
- Knowledge of gears, terminology and generally accepted grinding practices
