The Canadian Ferry Operators Association (CFOA) is the national voice of the ferry industry in Canada, and this year's conference will be held September 23-24, 2013, at the Sheraton Hotel in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
 
The conference theme is Charting the Course: Innovative Approaches to Customer Relations, and it will feature industry-specific workshops geared toward improving customer relations as well as the business bottom line, and provide the opportunity to network with colleagues and industry leaders, and to share best practices with other ferry operators.

Security Systems Technician

The Security Installation Technician will perform installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and inspection functions on Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and other related products and cabling.
Certified Service Technician

This position is accountable for inspection, repair, installation, verification, modification, and troubleshooting life safety systems for customers on behalf of the Company. 
Red Seal Journeyperson/Sprinkler Fitter

The successful candidate will install, verify, inspect, service and modify sprinkler fire protection systems, ensuring compliance to codes and standards and in accordance with customer’s contract. 
Preventive Maintenance Account Manager

As The Preventive Maintenance Account Manager, you will sell new preventive maintenance agreements on all company products and services, maintain a repetitive substantial renewal rate with existing customers, and establish relationships with purchasing influences while promoting the company’s services and products.
Technician Helper

The Technician Helper assists the fire alarm technician on sites when required, with the fire alarm, fire extinguisher and emergency lights inspections and repairs.
