New Armtec Partnership with Hauraton

Initiated in the fall of 2014, and following many months of back and forward discussions and meetings, we are happy to announce this exciting new partnership with one of the world’s leader in surface drainage, Hauraton.
 

Hauraton’s head office is located in Rastatt, Germany, with a major division in Strasbourg, France. Their products are distributed in more than 50 countries around the world. Hauraton specializes in state of the art manufacturing and marketing of surface drainage collection and water treatment systems made out of polypropylene / polyethylene and concrete.  Product quality, manufacturing excellence, leading edge product development, marketing and the widest range of unique products, has contributed to their success.
 

Their products are used in a variety of civil engineering surface drainage applications including all levels of public works, highways, commercial, industrial, airports, railways, intermodal transit, sports venues and residential developments.  The level of engineering expertise around such products and what they can do for the customer will be somewhat new to the North American markets.
 

The Distribution Agreement provides Armtec with the exclusive rights to distribute their products in Canada with options to develop and consider manufacturing and expansion in the United States as we see fit in collaboration with Hauraton. 

With the free trade agreement imminent between Canada and Europe, this partnership comes in a timely fashion and will contribute to the expansion of the Armtec Drainage product portfolio and customer base while increasing value for our existing customers.
