Orefinders Receives Approval from Shareholders for Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. Partnership
Toronto, Ontario – June 21, 2021 – Orefinders Resources Inc. ("Orefinders" or the "Company") (ORX: TSXV | ORFDF:OTC) is pleased to announce that it received shareholder approval at its recent Special Shareholder Meeting for the Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. ("KL Gold") transaction as per Orefinders April 21 news release. 99% of shares received at the Special Shareholder Meeting voted in favour of the new partnership with KL Gold.
