Proax Technologies Acquires C&B Industrial Ltd.

For the past number of months we have been in discussions with C&B Industrial Supplies Ltd. and it is with great excitement that Proax Technologies Ltd. announces the acquisition of C&B Industrial Supplies Ltd.

 

C&B Industrial Supplies Ltd. has been a leader in the supply and service of compressed air equipment and industrial pneumatic components in Atlantic Canada for the past 32 years. They have a strong reputation of providing exceptional customer service with a focus on offering first rate, cost effective solutions to their customers. C&B’s unique offering of services such as; preventative maintenance calls and detailed service agreements will remain a priority.

 

I am particularly pleased to work with Roger Rowe and the rest of the team at C&B Industrial Supplies. Roger will remain active to ensure continuity for customers and employees, and to help ensure a smooth business transition. We are working on a business plan which will focus on strategies to enhance our ability to serve our customers in the Atlantic region and to provide the most advanced product offering and technical solutions. Proax Technologies and C&B Industrial share a similar value proposition of “Exceeding Expectations” and providing innovative product solutions using the highest quality products available. Geographically, this will add to our current locations in St Johns Newfoundland and Moncton NB as we strengthen our presence and continue our growth in the Atlantic region.
