THUNDER BAY CEDC LAUNCHES SMALL CITY, BIG POSSIBILITIES MARKETING STRATEGY FOR THUNDER BAY

Apr 29, 2021
Thursday, April 29 – The Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission is pleased to announce the launch of a new long-term digital marketing strategy for Thunder Bay. The Small City, Big Possibilities marketing campaign will be implemented over the next 1 to 3 years. The campaign’s goal is to inspire and attract workforce talent, entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors to visit GoToThunderBay.ca and discover new economic opportunities.

“The campaign will introduce a new and consistent visual strategy and messaging for Go to Thunder Bay to target audiences and markets.” Said Eric Zakrewski, CEO, Thunder Bay CEDC, ”The Small City, Big Possibilities campaign will also create increased brand awareness for the Thunder Bay CEDC and promote the availability of economic opportunities in Thunder Bay.”

The Small City, Big Possibilities campaign will use consistent, real, local visual elements to communicate the message that although Thunder Bay is a small size city, we offer big possibilities with numerous advantages over other cities. At the core of the campaign will be authentic and compelling storytelling, leveraged by good photography. Every photograph selected will be 100% local and communicate the value of a small hub city that offers big possibilities.
