Superior Safety Becomes SPI Health and Safety Inc.

Blainville, November 19, 2012 – Superior Safety is changing its name to SPI Health and Safety Inc. Recognized for more than 40 years for its occupational health and safety and its complete fire protection offering, Superior Safety today begins a new stage in its existence.
 
“The adoption of a single banner expresses our intention to position ourselves across Canada as the leader in goods and services related to occupational health and safety. We know that the name Superior Safety is recognized and appreciated in Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan. This is a legacy we cherish and will continue to be reflected in the way we work,” explained Robert Courteau, President and Chief Executive Officer of SPI Health and Safety Inc.
 
Think Prevention 
With its new name and new signature “Think Prevention”, the Company wants to issue a clear message: SPI Health and Safety’s privileged partnership with its customers and its precise knowledge of their issues and needs are at the core of its concerns and its corporate mission.
 
The Company will continue to offer solutions encompassing the distribution of related goods and technical services, fire protection services, consulting and training. As an expert in the health and safety field, SPI Health and Safety will also pursue its mission of helping its clients perform in their environment by developing innovative solutions centered on their needs.
