Raptor Cone Crusher Introductory Operations and Maintenance Seminar
The upcoming Raptor Cone Crusher Introductory Operations and Maintenance Seminar will take place at the FLSmidth Production Facility in Pekin, Illinois, USA on 24-26 September, 2013.
This is a hands-on training conducted by FLSmidth specialists, designed to familiarize customers and industry professionals with the technology and procedures necessary to operate and maintain Raptor Cone Crushers. The three days seminar will be a combination of hands-on training which includes assembly and disassembly of a Raptor cone crushers with troubleshooting typical scenarios, theoretical class room training, as well as practical and interactive exercises and case studies based on the instructor's experience.
Major topics to be covered include: Safety, Crushing Operation, Design Limitation, Liner Consideration and Effect on Production, Crusher Maintenance, Overview of Components – Identification and Function, Lubrication Systems, Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics, Assembly and Disassembly of Components.
